Cancellation Policy
The Tipsy Canyon Winery Wine Club requires a one-year commitment for 3 shipments/pickups of 12 bottles. After receiving 3 shipments/pickups you many cancel your membership at any time. We ask that you provide us 30-day notice via email or US Post. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to the completion of the one-year commitment we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee to your account on file.
Wine Pick-Up
Your Wine Club selection will be held at the winery for up to 60 days after release. After 60 days the original wine selection is not guaranteed and substitutions of available wine will be made by winery staff.
Wine Shipping
Tipsy Canyon Winery will only ship to states that permit direct to consumer shipments. Tipsy Canyon Winery reserves the right to determine which states we will ship to.
